About
I have built my career on developing people and organizations. An expert on people and culture, with a Ph.D. in the humanities from the University of Chicago, I have served on the faculty of Princeton University, U.S.C., Pomona College, Nanyang Business School, Yale-National University of Singapore College, and Hult International Business School.
I left my tenured position at Pomona College to earn an M.B.A. in strategic management and health care management from Wharton. Since then, I have consulted in McKinsey's Strategy and Organization practices; founded and led Google's central learning and development program; worked in talent management at Standard Chartered Bank; and built and led People and Organization Development and Public Affairs at Agoda.com, the Asia-based subsidiary of the Priceline-Booking Holdings group, the world's leading online travel platform, and led the People function at APL Group and learning and leadership development at Aegis Ventures.
